Nothing screams Christmas like a glass of Baileys! So we’ve made a vegan version for you to try. It’s super-simple and tastes so delicious!
Ingredients:
1 can of light coconut milk
1 can of full-fat coconut milk
2 shots of espresso (cooled)
1 teaspoon almond extract
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
3/4 cup whiskey (we used Jameson Irish whiskey)
2 tablespoons brown sugar
Pinch of salt
Method:
Add all ingredients to a blender, and process until completely combined. Pour into your favourite glass and serve immediately.
Can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks (but tastes so good we’re sure it won’t last that long!)
