Ingredients:
3/4 cup of passion fruit juice or 15 passion fruits
1/3 cup of light rum
6 tablespoons of light brown sugar
3 cups of crushed ice
Method:
1. If using passion fruit juice, proceed to step 2. If using fresh fruits, cut them in half and scrape out the pulp. Force the pulp through a strainer. You should have about 3/4 cup of juice.
2. Combine the passion fruit juice, rum and brown sugar in a blender with the ice and process until smooth. Pour into your favourite glass and serve immediately.
Serves 4.
