INGREDIENTS
Little gem lettuce
Avocado
Cooked beetroot
Feta
Cucumber
Frozen peas
Sunflower seeds
Sesame seeds

METHOD
Chop lettuce and cucumber. Cube avocado, beetroot and feta. Defrost peas in hot water.
Toast sunflower seeds and sesame seeds over a high heat for a few minutes in a frying pan.
Mix everything in a salad bowl. Drizzle with your favourite vinaigrette.
