1 egg, beaten
Cruelty free list:
Eggs, from Hen Nation www.goodfoodnation.co.uk
Method
Preheat oven to 150℃ / 300°F (reduce temperature by 10℃ if using a fan oven) , then, using a fork, mash the banana in a large bowl. Add the flour, oats, parsley, peanut butter and beaten egg and mix together thoroughly, then set to one side for a few minutes.
Line a baking tray with a sheet of grease-proof baking paper.
Next, scoop the mixture with a tablespoon and roll each scoop into a little ball with your hands. Place onto the baking tray, and press down gently to flatten slightly. Then make a paw print shape, by pressing an indentation at the bottom of the circle using your thumb, and 3 smaller indentations with your finger on top of the thumbprint. Repeat until all the mixture is gone, you should have about 16 biscuits.
Bake for 40-45 minutes, until golden brown and firm to the touch. Then leave to cool.
Note: These biscuits can be stored in an airtight container for up to 1 month.
